From Hebrew to Isra'el-Just BE a Tree

Summary - Feb. 8, 2014

Hebrew to Yisra'el - Just BE a Tree

Vayiqra/Leviticus 19:23-25
T'hillim/Psalms 92:12-15
T'hillim/Psalms 1

The focus is on our transitional walk into the study of Torah and Hebraic thought. Ha'Shem has used items of familiarity in natural creation to describe not only our instructions in moral and ethical righteousness but also our psychological and sociological reformation and structures.
As we leave other systems our Egypts and migrate toward Ha'Shem and His Torah, here we are likened as trees.
There are three points we see in all three areas of scripture chapters.

Tree - ets - (strongs 068095 )
Fruit - P@riy (06529) fruit
fruit, produce (of the ground)
fruit, offspring, children, progeny (of the womb)
fruit (of actions) (fig.)
Season - `eth (05703) time
time (of an event)
time (usual)
experiences, fortunes
occurrence, occasion
T'hillim/Psalms 1 tells us what happens and in what process of growth and obedience to Torah brings.
T'hillim/Psalms 92 that is read every Shabbat, shows us, that the ones in right standing (righteousness) have victory this is what the palm (tamar) represents in the scriptures.
Now Ha'Shem is perfect in His instructions, we all want to be planted by Him, be by the fountains of Living Waters (Mayim Chaiyim), but now the question is....when?
This brings us right back to Vayiqra/Leviticus 19:23-25

And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised : three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of. But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the L_RD withal. And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the L_RD your G_d.

We have left Egypt and all it's idolatry, we are walking toward Ha'Shem our King coming in under His reign. This the LAND, your land fresh and fertile for the planting of the seeds our King has supplied through His Torah. This happens to us in so many ways, though there are similarities in our walks this walk is personal relationship time.
There quickly is fruit present but it's not yet ready to share, it's bitter. Why would we share bitterness, and resentments that we psychologically took with us from being in the bondage of Egypt. Ha'Shem says this fruit is uncircumcised (`arel = to remain uncircumcised, count uncircumcised, count as foreskin
(Qal)
to regard as uncircumcised
to remain unharvested (fig.)
(Niphal) to be counted as uncircumcised
He goes onto saying THREE YEARS of not harvesting this fruit, His timing is perfect!
Waiting three years receiving study of Torah whether with a Rabbi, Teacher, Messenger or Ha'Shem Himself. Why? Two of the greatest commands,,,,, Love the Adonai your Elohiym with all your heart, mind, souls and strength and to love your neighbors as yourself (Devarim/Deuteronomy 6:5, 11:13, 30:6 - Mattiyahu/Matthew 25:13)
There is no respect for Ha'Shem mishandling what He has blessed you with, by hurting, murdering or killing your neighbor with your bitter fruit.
The fourth year this same fruit is to the praise of Ha'Shem and He makes it Holy/Kadosh unto Him. We delight and glory in His works and all that He has done, the Living Water that has watered our Land is fresh and pure and feeding our thirst, other see us and hear us doing the will of Ha'Shem, this is glorifying our Avinu in Heaven, HalleluYAH! NOW!!! No picking the fruit! Not Yet.
In the fifth year according the illustrative part of these verses, the fruit can be not only harvested, but available in righteousness to be given out to bare more fruit. WOW!!! Baruch Ha'Shem!!!!
Lastly this fruit increases like wild fire and is always available to bless and serve first Ha'Shem in praise and then our Mishpocah/Family in Him.
Can we as of this day BE a Tree holy and acceptable unto Ha'Shem according to His structure for our Blessed is the man season!!!

Whatsoever is Right

For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way. Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise. And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle? They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive. (KJV)

We all have a duty and a work to perform on this earth, all to the glory of Messiah. What an honor to just be able to work in the Vineyard where our Father is it's owner. In this vineyard are all types of bunches of grapes. All being tended to and being made ready for the joy of another. Do we realize how many grapes squeezed all together into just one bottle to make wine? Oh that we would be willing to come together to make a perfect and acceptable wine that would be drank by our Adoneinu and King, that would be tasted by his very lips and cause him pleasure.

No man wanted to hire you but he did, He went out three times a day, possibly representing the time of the praying of the Amidah. We see a similar situation with the Daniel 6:6-14. How about the structure of the famous "Our Father" prayer? See the job criteria here for the vineyard is being in the right place at the right time by Prayer. Did you ever think that when you prayed that our Redeemer looked for you?? Theres more to prayer than most of us think. With the right tools and a little instruction that you humbly received and his garden is looking wonderful, almost ready for the Harvest. It does matter what time you finally decided to show up,for he comes out the third, nith and eleventh hour looking for Workers,  but know your always welcome. The number eleven represents judgment, so up to the last days, know that He is awaiting your presence. Now it's time for your recompense. What will it be???

Whatever is right! And just for you.

Thats why we don't always get the same things, or do the same work, but it's all for the same corporation called the Kingdom. Seems He said you were fearfully and wonderfully made just for Him. Don't get weary in well doing and don't lose hope. Just thank him right now that if no one else will do whatever is right,,,,He Will.

HalleluYah dear and blessed Savior, we thank you for all the good works you have placed before us, help us to esteem them just as you did in the honor of giving it to us. Help us to remain focused and humble before you , so that we may receive instructions/torah for every new tool you place in our hand. And that the works bring you much glory. We bless your name ABBA and our dear Messiah and the Holy and Precious Lamb of Elohiym, HalleluYah and AmeIn.

Shalom Aleichem ( Peace Be unto You )

Grudge Prison

" THOU SHALT NOT AVENGE, NOR BEAR ANY GRUDGE AGAINST THE CHILDREN OF THY PEOPLE, BUT THOU SHALT LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF." VAYIQRA/LEVITICUS 19:18).
A man is about to die, he is asked for his last request. Is it for longer life or better health? How about more time to think about it? Swiftly the man says " I wish I could see my son, we have'nt spoken in fifteen years." The nurses do everything they can to find out where this son is, as the man hangs on a little longer. But it is to know avail because the son doesn't want to see the father , not even on his death bed. Finally out of curiosity from one of the nurses trying to soothe her patients pain. She ask "what in the world could stop a Father and son from speaking so long?" The man replies with his eyes half closed and his head turned to the side, " He wouldn't finish school, he wouldn't work at the family business, and that girl he married, I thought she wasn't right for him, one day I let him have it real good, I disinherited him and sent him on his way." The nurse shook her head and made him comfortable as she could. As she turned to leave, he made one more remark before the lights went out,,,,
"I'd take it all back if I could."
A couple of years ago their was a quote posted everywhere, on billboards and on bracelets, on tee shirts and bumper stickers. It went this way,,, " What would Jesus do?" As we look at all he went through we shouldn't have to wonder too much should we? For instance the relationship he had with the disciples tell us so much. Which we'll look at shortly, instead for just a second lets look at what set the pace for this, what set the foundation, that is greater than any of us could ever truly understand. The love for his Father!
" ALL THINGS ARE DELIVERED TO ME OF MY FATHER; AND NO MAN KNOWS WHO THE SON IS, BUT THE FATHER, AND WHO THE FATHER IS, BUT THE SON, AND HE TO WHOM THE SON WILL REVEAL HIM." LUKE 10:22).
Still today there is no such a greater love than this. Adon'yah Yehoshua loved him so much that he showed the whole world and the universe that their was nothing he wouldn't do for his Fathers love! And we are still reaping the benefits of this love!!!! How can we have the Father and have no love? How is it we can have the Son and have no love? For Love is the foundation of this relationship.
" THE FATHER LOVES THE SON, AND HAS GIVEN ALL THINGS INTO HIS HAND." YOCHANAN/JOHN 3:35
Imagine what honor this causes between the two? What beauty and adoring this union caused, what glory, what marvelous wonder! Look at the heavens, look at the accuracy of the human body! Everything so detailed and precise! Can our hearts take in just a little of this? If we can we are truly blessed! For as our Adon'yah said, only he could reveal his Father to you. What a great joy in each and every heart to be touched by Elohiym!!!!!
Then how do we end up in situations like our elderly patient in the beginning of our message today? All a grudge is, is a way to hang on to the pain and the hurt. And to tell you the truth its a very bad excuse! Its like living in a prison within a prison. Is this not in contrast to what our Adon'yah Yehoshua instructs us to do? He never wanted us to do anything that would hinder our ability to love. That includes  anything that would cause a breach within our spirit that we received by such a love.
" YOU HAVE HEARD THAT IT WAS SAID BY THEM OF OLD TIME, YOU SHALL NOT KILL, AND WHOSOEVER SHALL KILL, SHALL BE IN DANGER OF THE JUDGEMENT; BUT I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT WHOSOEVER IS ANGRY WITH HIS BROTHER WITHOUT CAUSE, SHALL BE IN DANGER OF THE JUDGEMENT,,,,,,," MATTIYAHU/MATTHEW 5:21-22).
All of us at one time or the other have been through the grudge prison, many of us are still there. Many of us feel justified, that our cause for this is right! Don't think so? Remember that person that dishonored you or led you astray and forsook you, for no good reason besides selfishness? How do you feel about them now? Its these what seem to be simple things that happen in the mind that our Adon'yah has great concern for, then they should be of more concern to us too. Our elderly mans concerns were all his, and because of that he was willing in his heart to murder the love he had with his son. Therefore he killed! His motive was to preserve self. All the things he desired for the son was what he wanted, If he had only taken under consideration, that the Adon'yah is the author of all, and that he may have had a whole itinerary already set for the son. Differences cause all kinds of strife. Although it shouldn't, for the Adon'yah made all these! Each one unique and different in themselves, but like a puzzle with a billion pieces, each piece has a designated place, that fits into another, this doesn't make them the same, but they all do the same work, reaching for the same goal. So our piece will never be the same as someone else's. Stereotyping is a disease that comes out of the grudge prison. Trying to set everything and everyone in a category, or in a pretend geographical arena with four walls. For instance, we get hurt by our brother, so does that make all the brethren wicked? Of course not!
" BUT HE THAT HATES HIS BROTHER IS IN THE DARKNESS, AND WALKS IN DARKNESS, AND KNOWS NOT WHERE HE GOES, BECAUSE THE DARKNESS HAS BLINDED HIS EYES." 1 JOHN 2:11).
The darkness spoken of here, can start with disappointments. Disappointments in ourselves are set by pre-thought. Which usually has to do with what we want. Its like what every parent does with their child. We set up in our minds a pre-destined plan, for them. This starts innocently enough. Our intentions seem good, a better life, prosperity, success. We search their characters to find their strengths and push, pull and tug them into the areas, when they can't even see the goal set before them. But what if the carpenter we trained them to be turns out to become a welder, artist, electrician, or a doctor? Feel like this is your child and you should know? What do we do with our friends, our brethren, or teachers, our preachers, our husbands and wives? Can we learn to look at some one in the light that Almighty YAH created them? Can we say, " Adon'yah you brought this person in to my life, show me what "you" want me to see in them????" Could such a simple thought process, lead us out of the darkness?
" VERILY, VERILY, I SAY UNTO YOU, THE SERVANT IS NOT GREATER THAN HIS L_RD; NEITHER HE THAT IS SENT GREATER THAN HE THAT SENT HIM,,,,,,,,,,,
" VERILY, VERILY, I SAY UNTO YOU, HE THAT RECIEVES WHOMSOEVER I SEND RECIEVES ME; HE THAT RECEIVES ME, RECEIVES HIM THAT SENT ME." YOCHANAN/JOHN 13:16,20).
Our Adon'yah Yehoshua took unto himself 12 men, he taught, trained, loved, they ate together, slept, and wakened. He spent time with each and everyone. He saw the light in each of these, though they were imperfect, though they sinned, though they would disappoint him. He could see through the darkness of their soul into the glorious Ha'Ruach/Spirit that they were created in. With all that he did there was one that was so enveloped in selfishness that know matter what he did, would never be sufficient to touch his light. Judas Iscariot, had his own predestined plan for the Messiah. When all those plans in his mind failed him, he decided he would help out some. Out of disappointment came resentment, he couldn't see Yehoshua for whom he was. He was too meek and humble, and he wanted a warrior that would conquer Rome. He was too kind, when he thought he should be angry with what was happening to the people, he didn't seem like a king, instead he was in the appearance of the son of a simple carpenter. The miracles performed didn't matter, the authority and dignity with which he walked didn't matter, how dare he give away their resources, instead they should go to the uplifting of Jerusalem. For this he sold the glory that he had in the Adon'yah, the Love of the Adon'yah and the most greatest gifts he had in store for him for just 30 pieces of silver! A slaves redemptive price. (Zecariyah/Zechariah 11:12-13, Shemot/Exodus 21:32)
" WHEN YESHUA HAD THUS SAID, HE WAS TROUBLED IN SPIRIT, AND TESTIFIED AND SAID, VERILY, VERILY, I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT ONE OF YOU SHALL BETRAY ME." YOCHANAN/JOHN 13:21).
It troubles our Adon'yah when we won't look for the light and instead choose to stay in the grudge prison. What if at this time Judas would have been able to see his wrong thinking? Many of us view this like we see the Elohiym and the Pharaoh. He already knew what was going to happen, cause he knew Judas would harden his heart. And he could have stopped even all this! But he is the Adon'yah of salvation and deliverance! He never forces us to receive, instead he reminds us, and makes a way of escape! Do we dare betray the glory? What the devil takes for bad, only Elohiym can turn it around and make it good. Only Elohiym can take dead bones and rejuvenate them, recreate them and give them life again! He knows which joint goes where and what muscle needs to fit in what place. Sometimes we have to release our Judas thinking, which the devil is quick to jump on. Truth is alot of what we feel is out of our fleshy selfish nature instead of our seeking the Adon'yah. When we are hurt or disappointed, sometimes we gotta ask, "Father is it me?" " What do I need to see?." " What are you trying to teach me?"  Instead of passing blame. Instead of taking on the role of the accuser of the brethren.
Our Adon'yah Yehoshua set an example for us in his last temptation in the wilderness, " Get thee behind me satan" The grudge prison belongs to the evil one of this world. Where there is gnashing of teeth as we may try to bare the pain. We are not greater than our Master, we serve as he served! Not for what we want but for what he wants!
" THERE IS ONE LAW GIVER, WHO IS ABLE TO SAVE AND TO DESTROY; WHO ART THOU THAT THOU JUDGETH ANOTHER? GO TO NOW, YE THAT SAY, TODAY OR TOMORROW WE WILL GO INTO SUCH A CITY, AND CONTINUE THERE A YEAR, AND BUY AND SELL, AND GET GAIN,,,,,,,,,,, FOR YE OUGHT TO SAY, IF THE L_RD WILL, WE SHALL LIVE, AND DO THIS OR THAT. BUT NOW YE REJOICE IN YOUR BOASTING; ALL SUCH REJOICING IS EVIL." JAMES 4:12,13,15,-17).
Instead of anger , he taught us patience, instead of hate he taught us love, instead of selfishness he taught us to give. He had everything yet he was willing to take on the ugly coat of sin, so that he could give us a new coat of life! Giving is his ministry!!! Giving is his religion! As the Father gave him he gave us! What we have we did not give ourselves , but it belonged to the Adon'yah whom gave it. Is it not the simple things in life that mean the most? Time, a warm touch, some good conversation and a laugh! The elderly man in the beginning of this message would tell you all these were worth everything!
This is why our Adon'yah spent so much time teaching us how to treat one another, to tell us the foundations of relationships, by his commandments and statutes. Remember he wore that sin coat himself and he knows whats in it. He even knew these teachings would be hard to receive, so he sent the Comforter to remind us of all these things. He knew we would become numb and withdraw, he knew compassion would be a passing fad. He knew we'd be hurt and abused and mistreated, yes he knew all the way up to Golgotha on that old Calvary stake. So from the beginning of time the way we know it, he wanted us to see how he gave us, and that there is nothing greater than giving,,,,,life, love and prosperity in the heart. Its because of these same simple things that we are here to study and witness for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
" HE THAT LOVETH HIS BROTHER ABIDETH IN THE LIGHT, AND THERE IS NONE OCCASION OF STUMBLING IN HIM." 1 YOCHANAN/JOHN 2:10).
We all view any kind of suffering the same way, Yuck! But it doesn't stop these things from coming, no more than we can stop the shining of the sun or the rising of the moon. Its not the anger that kills but what we do with it. Sadly enough, suffering comes in so many different facets that we can't count. The physical pain will heal on its own, for Elohiym marvelously designed the body to heal itself when needed. But the mental pain that attacks the very soul, can't just be healed the same way the body does. However it affects the body the same. If  we could manage to see that all that was available to our Adon'yah in his suffering is available to us also through him?
" BUT THE ELOHIYM OF ALL GRACE, WHO HAS CALLED US UNTO HIS ETERNAL GLORY BY YESHUA MESSIAH, AFTER THAT YOU HAVE SUFFERED A WHILE, MAKE YOU PERFECT, STABLISH, STRENGTHEN AND SETTLE YOU. TO HIM BE THE GLORY AND DOMINION FOR EVER AND EVER. AMEN." 1 KEFA/PETER 5:10).
What our Adon'yah received is ours by grace!!!! When we look back on our lives, we see that it was in these times that we received just a little more grace to sustain us, some of these things we didn't even know at the time. If he did it yesterday, which is gone, how much more sufficient is he today which is now! The reward is further redemption, further progress, more strength and confidence in his ability to sustain us. This reminds us of the saying, " If it doesn't kill you, it'll strengthen you". Its time to walk in victory, its time to shine in the glory, be healed, be ministered too, then go help our brethren , especially those that we see have an occasion of stumbling. We shall not murmur against them or allow ourselves to be shot at again. If we have too we become a human shield and know that the Adon'yah Tzevaovt/L_ord of Host is the shield that protects us all. We have stumbled and overcome much, so we know the symptoms when we see them.
" FEED THE FLOCK OF YAHWEH, WHICH IS AMONG YOU, TAKING THE OVERSIGHT THEREOF, NOT BY CONSTRAINT, BUT WILLINGLY, NOT FOR FILTHY LUCRE, BUT OF A READY MIND; NEITHER AS BEING LORDS OVER YAHWEHS HERITAGE, BUT BEING EXAMPLES TO THE FLOCK." 1 PETER 5:2-3).
Out of love, out of the example set before us by the Great Shepherd, we open our wills to give as he gave us. Either we have chosen to forget or we haven't been through enough. But blessed are those that remember all that he had done, blessed are those whom the hand of the Adon'yah Elohiym has touched, blessed are those whom have been redeemed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blessed are those that will use his hand to save his brother from the rocky road that we have already traveled. Through these same things a perfect work goes unto further completion. Thanking the Adon'yah Yehoshua that he will continue the good works that he has started with us all! Allow him to remove you and set you upon the rock that shall not be shaken or moved! Hear his plea!!! Come out of the grudge prison, my people, For I am the Adon'yah that took you out of bondage, casting your own sin far from you, allowing no suffering to come upon you for your iniquity, but bearing your transgressions, go forward and cause not your brother to stumble, but ask for the arm that kept you, for I hear your cries and cause you not to be oppressed, I have given you my Ruach Ha'Kadosh/Holy Spirit to remember what I have said to you. Take my love, my life and my liberty which I freely gave. Share with your brother in the time of his weariness. Do not cause yourself to worry, child of mine, instead allow my grace to be sufficient. I will never leave you or forsake you! " I Am Adon'yah Elohiym".
" ACCORDING TO HIS DIVINE POWER HATH GIVEN UNTO US ALL THINGS THAT PERTAIN UNTO LIFE AND G_DLINESS, THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM THAT HATH CALLED US TO GLORY AND VIRTUE;,,,,,,,,,,, AND TO G_DLINESS BROTHERLY KINDNESS; AND TO BROTHERLY KINDNESS CHARITY. FOR THESE THINGS BE IN YOU, AND ABOUND, THEY MAKE YOU THAT YOU SHALL NEITHER BE BARREN NOR UNFRUITFUL IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR ADON'YAH YEHOSHUA HA'MASCHIACH. BUT HE THAT LACKS THESE THINGS IS BLIND, AND CANNOT SEE AFAR OFF. AND HAS FORGOTTEN THAT HE WAS PURGED FROM HIS OLD SINS." 2 PETER 3, 7-9).

DEAR AND WONDERFUL FATHER WE COME TO YOU IN THANKSGIVING ALWAYS, TODAY DEAR ADON'YAH, WE CAST OUR CARE UPON THEE, KNOWING THAT YOU CARE FOR US. REMOVE FROM US ALL HARD THINGS. HEAL US AND CLEANSE US. THEN THE THINGS THAT YOU HAVE TAUGHT WILL QUICKEN OUR HEARTS, THAT WE MAY SEE THE PAIN OF OUR BROTHER AND BE ABLE TO FEED HIM THE WORD OF YOUR MERCY, EVEN WHEN WE ARE WEARY, EVEN WHEN WE HAVE BEEN WOUNDED, EVEN WHEN WE ARE IN PAIN, FOR YOUR COURAGE AND STRENGTH WILL SUSTAIN US. ABOUNDING GRACE WILL BE SEEN IN US. WHEN HE SHALL SAY HOW IS IT YOU HAVE JOY? WE SHALL SAY, IT WAS THE ALMIGHTY ELOHIYM THAT CARRIED US. TO YOU BE THE GLORY!!! FORGIVE US AND GRANT US YOUR WISDOM AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF SUCH. WE LOVE YOU FOR EACH STRIPE, WE LOVE YOU FOR THE PAIN, WE LOVE YOU IN THE STORM, KNOWING THAT ONE DAY SOON, ALL THESE THINGS WILL PASS AWAY, AND THE FRUIT OF YOUR GIFTS SHALL BE SEEN. EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY HEART SHALL KNOW, THAT ALL THINGS HAVE BEEN DONE BY YOU!!!!! REMOVE US FROM THE DARKNESS AND HELP US TO SEE!!!!! WE ASK THESE THINGS FOR THY GLORY AND THY NAME SAKE, AND DILIGENTLY PRAISE YOU, FOR THE HEALING OF THE HOME, HEALING OF THE FAMILY, AND MOSTLY FOR THE HEALING OF THE SOUL!!! YOU ARE YAHWEH ELOHIYM AND I WILL EXALT THEE!!!!!!! IN THE NAME OF OUR REDEEMER YEHOSHUA HA'MASCHIACH!!!!!! AND THE REDEEMED SHALL SAY, HALLELUYAH, AMEIN, AMEIN AND AMEIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Praise YAHWEH. Give thanks to the YAHWEH, for he is good; his love endures forever. (T'hillim/Psalms 106:1)

Finding The Eyes of Grace

But Noach found grace in the eyes of YAHWEH.

These are the generations of Noach: Noach was a just man and perfect  in his generations, and Noach walked with Elohiym.

And Noach begat three sons, Shem, Cham, and Yepheth. (Genesis/Beresheet 6:8-10)

Matsa' = to find, attain to

One of the wonderful things about the Hebrew language is that in order to understand the meaning of any concept written, can be found in the mere context of it writings. And on rare occasions those concepts flow over into our english language. This is one such instance. In just a few words we see such a light of hope, that we are yet again made aware of our thanksgiving to our Almighty Creator.

Noach in the midst of all the caos and evil, wickedness and selfishness seeks something so hard that no other son of adam in his day sought. He hoped and longed and his persistent desire was paid off in a greater reward than he could have even imagined in that time. Like a rose in a trash heap, Noach's passion arose, things had to be better some how, there had to be some goodness left. Seems much later we even hear David the king, speaking about the same thing,,,,

I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of YAHWEH in the land of the living. (T'hillim/Psalms 27:13)

And for the story of the person that's lain in our beginning verse we see the purity, truth and the strength of YAH in Davids very next comment,,,,,

Wait on the YAHWEH: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the YAHWEH. (vs 14)

Noach comes from a line of righteous men, but you know what? Theres a greater point to attend to here. Righteousness is of the Almighty Father, he recognizes even a glimmer of it and sets his sight on the being that harbors it. If one bad apple can spoil a whole bunch, then on the opposite spectrum, just one righteous can bear good fruit and continue to produce more to the joy of His glory. Being the Elohiym and marvelous Creator He is, He saw it and responded to any part of the good seed that He had planted in His garden. HalleluYah!!

You almost want to say when reading this, Elohiym meet Noach and Noach meet Elohiym the Righteousness you had been looking for,,, Noach you found it!!! One of the most beautiful traits in Elohiym is His desire to interact with those that carry these character traits. Those that can't stand evil, those that find that even though it's the norm of the day, seeks it's opposite. Our Father draws Himself to these because by seeking righteousness in the midst of, these have drawn themselves to Him (James 4:8). In all of that we see HOPE. Hope that not only draws the Almighty Father, but to know that His grace is the reward that proceeds Him. Lets imagine for a moment that this word is not just thrown around , but that it's a precious treasure that we look for, that brings with it an ability to flourish and have joy even in the midst of caos, but never the way we do today, no the way YAH designed His precious jewel. For like Noach the gift he was given drew him into a place of knowledge and wisdom, and works by Faith.

Chanan (primitive root) =

  1. to be gracious, show favour, pity
    1. (Qal) to show favour, be gracious
    2. (Niphal) to be pitied
    3. (Piel) to make gracious, make favourable, be gracious
    4. (Poel) to direct favour to, have mercy on
    5. (Hophal) to be shown favour, be shown consideration
    6. (Hithpael) to seek favour, implore favour
  2. to be loathsome ,

How amazing this must have been to Noach. But no matter how amazing, his actions would have to show it. Bottom line we give out what we get, this is what the writer meant when he said, you shall know them by their fruits. Noachs grace came with a new zeal and faith, one that a definite show of gratefulness would come, this show would be talked about for years to come. The interaction between Maker and man would be set as an example to anyone that sought righteousness for eons to come, when the eyes of YAH fall on any man,,,,,

ayin =

    1. eye
      1. of physical eye
      2. as showing mental qualities
      3. of mental and spiritual faculties (fig.)
  1. spring, fountain

These are the generations of Noach: Noach was a just( in conduct and character ) man and perfect (complete, integrity and whole in accord with righteousness) in his generations (in his time in comparison with his environment), and Noach walked (was led and moved) with Elohiym. (vs. 9)

Not only is he introduced by Elohiym himself, but those that come out of his loins too. Good seed bares good fruit. And it's of these we see a most magnanimous event start to ensue, we see the most precious gift YAH gave to mankind, we see the sustenance of LIFE. Life that would be contained in an Ark made of gopher wood, life even in the midst of Judgement, life that by faith would build something that he had not ever seen himself but only with YAH's eyes, life that brings obedience and action, life that receives grace for just desiring and looking for righteousness. Can we imagine an even greater grace than this??? Of course we can!!!

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "Elohiym resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble." (James 4:6)

But there was the introduction to The Written Law that sin would increase, and wherever sin increased, there grace superabounded. (Romans 5:20)

But by the grace of Yah I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of Yah which was with me. (1 Corinthians 15:10)

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious Elohiym. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. ( Hebrews 4:16 )

And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. (Yochanan/John 1:16)

Noach teaches us such an enourmous lesson that if we would even attempt to expound on it all we would surely write a book,,,, but no need we have a book, one that shows us all the grace and faith we need to learn of those things that are pleasing to our Father and draws us nigh to Him so that He may draw nigh to us,,,, faith in grace that knows this day His eyes have lit upon you. Remember now even after all of that "Faith without works is dead."

And Elohiym said unto Noach, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.  Make thee an ark of gopher wood; room shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. ( Genesis/Beresheet 6:13-14 )

And the grace Noach was given, would to be given the same way it came and for it's purpose,,,, to sustain LIFE. Whats your grace doing today???

See you next time YAH say the same with the next installment of Chapter 6  "The Ark"

May Yah's grace be eternally upon all who love our Adonai Yahushua the Messiah. (Ephesians 6:2Shalom

What Each Area of the Site is Meant For: Blogs - This is your personal space. This is where you should post thoughts that are not intended for extensive further discussion. Observations from personal study and events that have occurred in your life belong here. Unless your post ends with questions or makes it apparent that discussion is to follow, it should probably be a blog. As discussed later, blogs are limited to those who hold to historic Christian beliefs. Forums - This is for open discussion relating to the topic posted. Dialogue is encouraged to stay on topic, so if a side conversation begins, open a new discussion. This is where the majority of the activity has taken place so far. Topics should remain general in nature, while in depth discussion on narrow topics should take place in groups. Groups - This is a place to congregate with people who have similar interests and positions in order to have open discussion. The conversation in here is not required to remain on topic, so it is more ready to follow rabbit trails. This is where you should go if you want to gather with a particular kind of theologian. Before initiating a new group, we ask that you consider posting a question in the discussion forum area to see if there is enough interest to justify a separate group. The reason we encourage such action is that, in the event that a group is inactive for 6 months or more, the moderators of Scriptural Studies reserve the right to close down and delete the group due to inactivity. Events - This is available to anyone that wants to post an event that you think the members of Scriptural Studies may be interested in. Contact Denis, Rabbi Del, Rifkah, or Marti for more details on advertising. Our Attitude of conduct: In case you missed them on your way in, take some time to become acquainted with the conduct we expect on this site. You may find our Attidudes on the main forum page. Our purpose at Scripural Studies is that the conversations move in a Gracious way. We define Gracious in the following way: 1) Not closed minded 2) Not self-promoting 3) Not characterized by mass amounts of cut-and-paste proof-texting 4) Not characterized by mass amounts of cut-and-paste from other places 5) Irenic 6) Not slanderous 7) No spamming 8) Perpetual venting bitterness 9) Not confusing or disruptive But in all things you'll be welcome here
